Associate - Quantity Surveying

Does this sound like you?

• Solid quantity surveying experience at Associate level in a cost consulting environment or Senior level working towards being an Associate
• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Ability to manage projects independently across the full project cycle including cost planning through to post-contract and construction stages
• Eagerness to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Desire to manage, mentor and assist those supporting you

What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)

• You will be working on an array of cost consulting projects across the commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed use and data centre sectors.
• You will be stepping up and getting out there - you will need to be confident in running multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
• You will be managing others, guiding them in their careers on both a strategic and daily level as well as leading by example
