Zachary Kuhn, a Director with our cost management team in our Washington, DC office, brings over 18 years of expertise as a general contractor and subcontractor on all phases of design and construction. He has a proven ability to drive process improvements, enhance forecasting and scheduling, and leverage data analytics to implement value engineering strategies. Zach specializes in managing capital expenditure estimates for both renovations and new developments, ensuring projects align with budgets and strategic goals. His meticulous project reviews enable him to deliver detailed estimates and actionable recommendations that improve outcomes.

Zach has his LEED AP BD+C certification and received his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University.
