Walter Wozniak has over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction, specializing in luxury custom homes. He expertly manages multiple projects, overseeing workflow, coordinating design and construction teams, and ensuring budgets and schedules remain on track from preconstruction through completion. He is also proficient in construction document review, contract administration, dispute resolution, and advanced energy management systems.

A licensed General Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional, Walt holds certifications from the Construction Specifications Institute and the California Engineer-in-Training program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and worked as an aerospace engineer before gravitating into construction.
