Steve Hay, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, has over 20 years of construction management, project management, and program management experience and is a certified Project Management Professional. In his current role as COO, Steve works with our leaders across our global operations providing support to ensure our employees have the resources and tools necessary to deliver best in class services to our customers. A key aspect of this is constantly leaning forward and looking for ways to leverage and upgrade our tools, best practices, and technology across the firm to elevate our services and add value to our customers. Steve also oversees several segments of the business as Managing Director, and is working across several geographies, sectors, and services to identify opportunities to expand and grow our business in those markets.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
