Ron Leger is an Associate Director with over 30 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, with deep expertise in delivering complex technology programs and integrated project solutions. He specializes in the design, procurement, and deployment of technology and low-voltage systems, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and with long-term operational value. Known for his collaborative leadership style and clear communication, he builds strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders while driving practical, scalable outcomes across diverse project environments.

Ron has garnered numerous licenses and certifications including Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Outside Plant Designer (OSP), Electronic Safety and Security Designer (ESS), and Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM). Ron actively contributes to the advancement of industry standards through his volunteer work with several professional committees.  His leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence are deeply rooted in the core values developed during his service in the United States Marine Corps.
