Paul Davis, a Director in our London office, brings over 32 years of experience in cost management across a range of sectors including commercial, hospitality, cultural, public, and government, both in the UK and internationally. By accurately assessing the cost implications of design early in the process, Paul enables clients to understand project costs more swiftly, allowing for timely design adjustments that save time and avoid unnecessary effort. His expertise in developing comprehensive project budgets and crafting effective procurement and delivery strategies significantly enhances the likelihood of completing projects on time and within budget whilst remaining true to the designers’ vision. 

Paul is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from Reading University’s College of Estate Management.
