Matt Herrill has over 30 years of experience in real estate development and construction. He has a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-profile projects, overseeing all aspects from program development and team coordination to budgeting and project completion. Before joining MGAC, Matt held senior positions in construction management and oversaw the development of a significant portfolio of office, retail, and industrial projects.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and is actively involved in community development initiatives.
