Kenn Stipcak

Managing Director

I’m a Pittsburgh native and Penn State University graduate who’s served as owner’s representative and project manager for data center facility projects for public and private clients across the US and Canada.

During my 30 years in the construction industry, I gained invaluable skills and experience as a general contractor, enterprise end user, and owner’s representative. Since 2000, I’ve put those skills and experience to work for MGAC’s clients — leading nearly $2.5 billion and nearly 150 MW of data center design and construction, including numerous marquee data centers across North America. My work spans everything from greenfield builds, live capacity and infrastructure upgrades to hub sites, modular and edge facilities for enterprise, wholesale, and colo clients totaling in excess of $1 billion of capital spend. I've also helped deliver the world's first LEED Certified and the first LEED Silver Certified data centers.

Two of my children are also part of my MGAC family: my son spent his summer as an intern with the Critical Environments team, and my daughter works as an Assistant PM in the Higher Education group. Outside of working, you’ll find me with my family enjoying time on the water at our lake house.
