Jerry Walters, Vice President, is a seasoned design and construction project management professional based in our Washington, DC office with over 20 years of experience managing hospitality, workplace, mixed-use, and residential projects. Jerry’s expertise includes the management of complex renovations that require maintaining operations during construction with minimal disruption to building users, project management, contract negotiation, quality control, cost and data analysis, problem-solving, and project planning for both private and public sector clients.

Jerry is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and has a 10-Hour Certification with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.
