Gail Borthwick is Vice President of Commercial and Development Strategy based in our Toronto office and brings over 21 years of experience in architecture and urban design. She is considered an industry leader in sustainability, her work has been published in books and journals and she has presented on the topic of sustainability internationally.
Gail is an OAA Licensed Architect and mentors a few mentees with OAA Licensure. She is involved with the Urban Land Institute, Toronto Chapter and co-leads one of the Women’s Leadership Initiative committees. Gail is also a member of the Lambda Alpha International Society for the Advancement of Land Economics and American Institute of Architects. She received a Master of Science in Urban Regeneration from University of Edinburgh, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in both Architecture and Environmental Studies from University of Waterloo.
