Ethan Gross

Ethan has nearly 10 years of experience in the A / E / C industry supporting a variety of construction projects across diverse market sectors. He has successfully managed multiple critical environment project delivery facets including budget and schedule management, construction administration, change management, equipment procurement, commissioning oversight, project reporting, and closeout management. He has also demonstrated the ability to provide effective oversight for multiple concurrent projects, efficiently managing his time and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of each. Ethan is skilled at cultivating relationships with project stakeholders and leveraging the expertise of those stakeholders to solve problems before they are impactful to the owner.

Ethan has his Construction Quality Management certification and a 30-hour OSHA certification. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Facilities Management from Florida A&M University.
