Brian Drzewiecki

Chief Financial Officer

People often tell me that I am a reliable sounding board, intentional, and ‘not your typical Chief Financial Officer (CFO).’ My approach to the work as CFO is interactive, forward-thinking, and above all people focused. At the end of the day, everything we do at MGAC—building better spaces for living and working—are for the people who will use these spaces. We are able to do that work because of the amazing talent of the team, which never ceases to amaze me. It is my role to ensure all of the processes that make that work possible—from finances, to human resources, information technology, and everything in between—are running smoothly, so that MGAC can do what we do for a long time to come.

Joining MGAC was a natural evolution for me, as I have always been drawn to industries that create and leave a lasting legacy. I have worked in automotive, aerospace, defense, and now within the built environment. It is humbling and extremely rewarding to be a part of something bigger than myself.

I draw inspiration from my network of peers, mentors, and industry business leaders. Outside of the office, you will find me at the gym, hiking, road cycling, or clay target shooting.

MGAC provides the opportunity to work with the best and the brightest in the industry, empowering leadership and nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit. Its people are at the core of what propels MGAC to be a marquee firm in the built environment.
