Bob PellFRICS

Bob Pell began working with MGAC as a consultant and later joined the team full-time as Executive Managing Director to help implement the company’s global strategic initiatives. With a background in urban planning, Bob has led multidisciplinary teams across continents, including roles in the United Kingdom public sector and private consulting in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Bob received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Southampton and his Graduate Diploma in Town Planning from Oxford Brookes University. In 2023, Bob served as a Fellow at the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, where he focused on creating coalitions to assist cities and communities in developing countries address challenges related to climate change, urbanization, and economic growth. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Bentley School in Oakland, California, is active in the Urban Land Institute, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
