Ana Apan

Ana Apan, a Director in our Los Angeles office, has roughly 25 years of experience in the construction management industry. She has successfully completed a wide portfolio of domestic and international large scale complex projects, serving as the Project Manager from pre-construction to post contract administration. Ana is an expert in Cost Management, specializing in benchmarking, cost data analyses, feasibility studies, project cost control, value engineering, preparation and analysis of bid documents, and preparation of the project’s final account.

Ana received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Santo Tomas and a Project Management Professional Designation from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and the Philippine Society of Civil Engineers.
