Amy Hudson is an Associate Director of Marketing in our Birmingham office, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As a member of our global marketing team, she plays a pivotal role in shaping our bid management strategy, ensuring the development and execution of high-quality, competitive proposals. Amy collaborates closely with senior technical team members to create strategic bid proposals that align with our business objectives and client requirements.

Amy’s entire career has been dedicated to the construction industry. She began as an apprentice at 16, eventually moving into estimating, where she discovered her passion for preparing proposals and participating in the bidding process. After over a decade of working with contractors, Amy transitioned to construction consultancy in 2015.
