Ali Salour is an Associate Director with over 30 years of experience in client advisory and leading multimillion-dollar construction programs across residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with diverse management and operation experience, Ali has worked internationally, orchestrating teams of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-profile projects with strategic precision and efficiency. He has successfully overseen large-scale capital improvement projects and high-end luxury living development projects as the owner’s representative.

Ali is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Construction Management Association of America, the American Association of Cost Engineers, and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Tehran Azad University and a Master of Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
