T-Mobile Bellevue Headquarters, Bellevue, WA

MGAC is collaborating with T-Mobile to deliver the 'Un-carrier’s' $160M Bellevue campus renovation. T-Mobile will create a sustainably focused, team-first, agile environment in their longtime Pacific Northwest headquarters for over 6,000 employees. The new, creative space will celebrate T-Mobile’s diverse workforce and bring the brand to life for employees and visitors.

MGAC is providing T-Mobile project management and owners representation services—among a multitude of other critical tasks—to bring this unique and highly visible project to fruition. Other collaboration points include cost and risk management, procurement, change management communication and messaging, and technology planning. MGAC works directly alongside T-Mobile in the midst of their construction, serving as a true extension of the team. MGAC manages all project partners, budgets, timelines, and the campus’s many critical intricacies. MGAC will ultimately ensure that T-Mobile’s team enjoys and utilizes their new space as intended by T-Mobile leadership. The campus’s central focus is slated for completion in 2021, but other landmark moments include the completion of the “3305” satellite office, construction of an innovative and dynamic customer experience center, the introduction of a 40,000 SF campus amenity centerpiece with food and dining options, gaming, and collaborative meeting space, and the early implementation of technology solutions to make the campus more user-friendly.
