Project Summary

This newly built estate blends contemporary and classical design to showcase the owner’s extensive art collection while embracing panoramic ocean and mountain views. Nestled among a grove of existing oak trees, the main house features elegant art galleries with groin-vaulted and beamed ceilings, a spiral staircase, generous balconies, loggias, and a wine cellar. Auxiliary buildings include a guest house, pool house, office, and garage, while interior finishes boast fireplaces, European-imported marble and stone, and custom steel windows throughout.

Given the area’s sensitivity to development, we took meticulous precautions to ensure compliance with local permitting regulations. Our team also collaborated with the exceptionally hands-on client who was deeply involved in every meeting, and met a challenging deadline to accommodate a significant gathering hosted at the property.
