Project Summary

Situated on expansive grounds with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, this magnificent estate seamlessly blends traditional Spanish architecture with modern luxury. The newly built multi-structure residence features classic Spanish archways, a groin-vaulted gallery, a grand two-story stair hall with twin curved staircases, coffered and beamed ceilings, and expansive living and family rooms. With eight fireplaces, two guest houses, and a covered loggia, the home offers both grandeur and comfort.

MGAC | Stonemark worked closely with the client, who was intimately involved in the planning, to bring their vision to life. The home included exceptional amenities such as a state-of-the-art home theater, a wine cellar, an outdoor pool, a covered resistance pool, and a separate three-car garage. Given its proximity to the ocean, special attention was given to exterior finishes to ensure they were durable and as low maintenance as possible.

Because the home was in a neighborhood sensitive to development, and near the beach, which requires permitting from the California Coastal Commission, the team was presented with unique challenges. However, we were able to complete the project in just 23 months.
