A renowned hillside estate, this modern architectural gem offers stunning views that stretch from the city to the coast. An unexpected rainy season in this city’s generally dry climate was just one of the many challenges our project management team overcame to bring the client’s vision to life.

With the owner residing remotely, MGAC served as the on-site presence, ensuring constant communication and providing regular visual updates to project stakeholders. During construction of the private driveway, the team faced challenges posed by a rare rainy season, requiring innovative solutions to protect the trenches and minimize the impact on neighboring properties. The discovery of bedrock further necessitated careful hand-excavation, showcasing the team’s dedication and hard work.

Spanning approximately 14,779 SF, the residence boasts six bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms. The interiors are adorned with custom furnishings and luxurious materials, including suede and leather wall panels, which elevate the living spaces to unparalleled levels of sophistication. The estate is equipped with top-tier amenities, such as a home theater, fitness studio, massage room, and wine cellar, all designed to deliver the pinnacle of luxury living. Expansive glass walls frame sweeping panoramic views and seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.
