Mid-Century Regency Estate

Project Summary

MGAC managed the ambitious renovation of this bold and eclectic mid-century estate, which involved reimagining the structure while preserving its original charm.

Renowned architect William Hefner and interior designer Jamie Bush lead the design and transformation of this two-story, Hollywood Regency-style home, while MGAC managed the construction efforts.

The project introduced a new pool, pool house addition, and extensive lush landscaping design by Raymond Jungles. The new exterior brick lattice detailing, corner windows, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, circular skylights, terrazzo flooring, and bespoke modern interiors were the result of a collaborative effort by the entire project team.

The home has been transformed into a pointedly funky yet glamorous mid-century home with a regency aesthetic, bringing a more modern feel and reflecting the family’s lifestyle.
