In an effort to remain competitive in the downtown Seattle market, Loews Hotels recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the Hotel 1000. Located steps away from the Elliott Bay waterfront, the hotel transformation was designed to enhance the overall guest experience with an interior design that captures the contrast of the lush nature that surrounds Seattle and the urban industrial grid of the city itself.
The project includes the renovation of 120 guestrooms which includes 36 suites, 10,000 SF of meeting spaces, and the lobby. In addition, two new food and beverage concepts were built including the All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar and the Bell Lounge.
MGAC led the design management with interior design partner Simon Deary and the project and construction management with Land Ron and Swinerton Construction.
