Located just minutes from Washington, DC, Hotel Monaco is a landmark 4-Star boutique hotel situated in historic Old Town Alexandria. MGAC managed the multi-phased renovation of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and the structural rehabilitation of the parking garage.
The new lobby/living room features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a custom chandelier. The 241 guestrooms and suites are rich in amenities and special features, including unique two-level loft suites and 28 terrace rooms with balconies. All rooms include LCD flat screen televisions, overstuffed chairs, and spa-like bath amenities. Seven meeting rooms total 5,045 SF, in addition to an open courtyard that provides more meeting and event space. The hotel also features a fitness center, pool, and a 77-seat restaurant with outdoor patio seating.
