DXC Technology, Tysons Corner, VA & New Orleans, LA

DXC Technology was created to serve enterprise IT clients through a corporate merger between Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Hewlett-Packard Enterprises. The company's Global Real Estate and Facility Management group has repeatedly commissioned MGAC to provide project management services for multiple headquarters office consolidation and renovation projects in support of new corporate workplace models, as well as high tech mission critical facilities.

MGAC completed a 90,000 SF Class A tenant fit out of two full floors in the new 1775 Tysons Boulevard building. The space creates a new home for DXC's commercial headquarters and features an executive wing, state-of-the-art conference facilities, modern open work stations, and a high-end reception area. Interior construction ran concurrently with base building construction to deliver the space to DXC in only eight weeks. The project was completed 10% under budget, with only 5% in change orders. Our team later returned to complete a 30,000 SF expansion in just 11 weeks.

DXC approached MGAC to manage the buildout of 300,000 SF of leased office space in downtown New Orleans. The project will enhance DXC's presence in the region and create 2,000 jobs in New Orleans by 2024.
