The undertaking encompassed a two-story main house, subterranean parking garage, guest house, play court, and extensive site improvements. Motorized exterior panels open to reveal vast views and close to filter the southern sun at the touch of a button, while strategically placed shading and screening elements create a rhythmic interplay of shadow and light.
