CEB Tower at Central Place, Arlington, VA
A prominent feature on the Northern Virginia skyline visible from the monuments on the National Mall, Central Place is comprised of a high rise, 525,000 SF office building, as well as 45,000 SF of ground level retail and underground parking. The tower is the tallest building in the metropolitan Washington area, featuring an open air multi-use plaza, an observation deck, a commuter passageway, and public art.
MGAC managed the entire base building construction effort, including management of the entire project team, including the design team, constituencies, the general contractor and specialty service providers, and interactions with the various county agencies.
Achieving key lease-driven milestones for delivery was paramount to realizing success for the client, at the highest standards of quality and within the project’s economic models.
