Project Summary

MGAC is serving as the lead consultant on this new build residential and leisure destination. Boka Place is a bustling new urban quarter in Porto Montenegro that will feature an active, mixed-use environment and a SIRO Hotel, which will offer guests an immersive lifestyle experience, blurring the lines between hospitality, fitness and wellness and forms part of a wider award-winning marina hub development.

Spread across five buildings, the development comprises 69 private residences, a 96-key SIRO luxury lifestyle hotel including 144 luxury serviced residences, and 40 retail units. The new complex will feature boutique shopping and entertainment galleries, a concept market and food hall, a three-screen experience cinema, a wellness hub with pools, a gym, a sauna and steam rooms, an underground parking, extensive landscaping, and outdoor spaces offering an array of sports, leisure, and cultural amenities.

The MGAC team is providing project management services including planning, technical, and contract administration support for the development project through to completion in 2024.
