What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll love it)

• The MGAC Finance & Accounting team is a smart, savvy, and empowered one. They specialize in record keeping and reporting decisions for our company’s finances. They analyze all the data to assist in making important decisions about how to best direct the organization.
• As an Accounts Payable Specialist at MGAC, you’ll enter invoices at a high volume and accuracy and manage expense tracking and analysis, etc.
• You’ll ensure all account numbers are assigned to the proper General Ledger, reconcile vendor statements with unpaid invoices, pay invoices/bills on time, process expense and check requests, and support Billing, AP, AR, and Month-end.
