We are a global, boutique construction consultancy offering premium project and cost management services to our clients across the real estate sectors.

We are looking for an accomplished Graphic Designer to join our team, either in our London or our Birmingham office.

Does this sound like you?

  • A passion for design and storytelling and dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related design, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of related professional experience
  • Advanced experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and PowerPoint
  • Strong, creative conceptual graphic design skills, including typography, hierarchy, composition, layout, and colour while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Ability to research and distil technical and complex information into a compelling graphic message or infographic
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure; respond to and prioritize multiple requests; be responsive to the time-critical nature of deadlines
  • Proactive, collaborative, focused, organised, meticulous, and thorough
  • Background or interest in the architecture / engineering / construction field is a plus as would photography and audio/video editing skills 

What you'll be doing

  • Your primary focus will be to provide creative and design expertise in the production of internal and external marketing and communication efforts firmwide.
  • Specific duties include the design and production of graphics associated with firmwide marketing, public relations, and communications efforts, including:
  • Proposals and capability documents
  • Charts, graphs, diagrams, infographics, and other communications graphics
  • PowerPoint and other forms of interactive digital presentations
  • Templates and graphics related to technical team project deliverables
  • Environmental graphics including signage, presentation boards, exhibits, and displays
  • Instructions, guidelines, and other standards documents
  • Press kits, award submittals, advertisements, etc.
  • Video and audio production and editing
  • Organize and maintain digital assets
