MGAC is pleased to announce the addition of Zach Kuhn to the senior cost team. As a Director based in the firm’s DC office, he will be working alongside MGAC’s growing cost management team to deliver projects across a wide range of sectors.

With nearly two decades of experience working across all phases of design and construction, Zach brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, with particular expertise in process development, forecasting, scheduling, data analytics, and value engineering. Throughout his career, he has worked for construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors, covering a wide array of education, government, cultural, corporate, and healthcare projects. Most recently, he served as Director of Estimating for North America at HMSHost, an international industry leader in bringing food and beverage services to airports, motorways, cruises, and railways.

Originally from a small town on the New York-Pennsylvania border, Zach currently lives outside of Annapolis, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University and a Master’s certification in Data Analytics from The University of Maryland.
