The building process is complex and comes with common—and not-so-common—challenges. Learn more about what we do as Project Managers in our monthly video series, MGAC on the Move. Each month a different member of our team will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at one of their current projects. Now let’s get moving!

This month, Isabella Villegas gives us a tour of our new Toronto Office.

Hi, I’m Isabella Villigas, VP of Project Management at MGAC. Today we’re at our new Toronto office. Let’s get moving!

We decided to move our office to the Sterling Junction because of the vibrant community-centric culture that surrounds the area. The building itself was an industrial building where it transitioned to moving factory in the past. Our neighbors are artists, photographers, architects, digital studios, and coffee roasters, to name a few. We have a beautiful view of the CN Tower and the Museum of Contemporary Art. We’re excited about the many transit access options in the area, with the subway, GO train, and UP Express to the north, as well as the College and Dundas streetcars to the south. The West Railpath, for those of us who enjoy biking to work, is also an added luxury. We have an abundance of local restaurants to be spoiled by during the lunch and happy hours. We’re happy to be settling in at our new office location.

I hope you enjoyed seeing our new Toronto office. Follow us to see MGAC’s next move!
