MGAC continues to execute on strategic growth goals in UK and Europe by bringing previous partnership with Flint + Partners fully within the MGAC brand

London – 17 September 2024 – MGAC, a global project and cost management consultancy, is strengthening its UK presence by adding Flint + Partners, a boutique construction consultancy providing strategic advisory, project management, and cost management services. The acquisition consolidates the previous strategic partnership between MGAC and Flint + Partners by bringing the latter under the MGAC banner. As part of the move, Peter Flint, one of the founding partners of Flint + Partners, will serve on the MGAC leadership team as Executive Managing Director and, based in the London office, will lead the UK team to grow the business and deliver a modern client services approach.

Since expanding to the UK in 2021, the Washington, DC-based MGAC has seen more than 50 percent growth across its European and North American teams, now with more than 350 professionals serving a full range of clients from the firm’s 11 offices globally. In the UK, MGAC has delivered more than 30 percent revenue growth in that time and is expected to double its business within five years. Flint + Partners brings a track record of success helping clients deliver their property projects with an outcome-first approach. The Flint + Partners team, led by Peter Flint and Directors Paul Davis and Radhika Sathy, will continue to execute its full range of services and growth strategies, now as part of the global MGAC brand.

In the UK alone, MGAC brings a team of more than 100 professionals across four offices in London, Birmingham, Brighton, and Glasgow. Core services include project management, cost management, portfolio management, technology solutions, and health and safety. MGAC has led projects for clients such as the BBC, British Airways, National Health Service, Publica Properties Establishment, ESCP Business School, University of Strathclyde, University of Birmingham, Football Foundation, Solum, Court Collaboration, and OneHousing, among others.

Before joining MGAC, Peter Flint was a founding partner of Flint + Partners and brings more than 34 years of diversified experience as a global construction consultant across all sectors, both private and public, in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. He has successfully led large, multi-faceted businesses within partnerships and global corporations alike.

Since its founding in 2022, Flint + Partners built an enviable portfolio of work with its partners, including projects for Derwent London, Prior & Partners, RealWorld Studios, ExCeL London, Lodha, Empirical Wax, Serverfarm, The Corporation of London, London Transport Museum, British Museum, and Maggie’s, among many others. Prior to founding his firm in 2022, Flint, alongside his fellow founders Radhika Sathy and Paul Davis, worked for 32 years with AECOM and Davis Langdon, culminating in a highly successful tenure as the global leader’s Chief Growth Officer, EMEA.
