Host Hotels & Resorts selected MGAC to renovate one of its flagship hotels in their headquarters city. The property required extensive renovation of 263 guest rooms and suites, an indoor swimming pool, and multiple white tablecloth restaurants. MGAC managed all phases of the project, and the contracting of key team members and vendors such as architects, procurement agents, and specialty finish contractors. All work occurred while the hotel remained in continuous operation. The project was completed on time and on budget.

MGAC was subsequently engaged to lead a design team through scope development and production of construction documents and specifications in accordance with corporate standards for the Ballroom, pre-function area, Meeting Rooms, and public restrooms. The work was completed on an aggressive schedule while the hotel was in continuous operation.
