After providing pre-development consulting, MGAC managed the construction and operational coordination of the first expansion in over 100 years of this historically landmarked project. The project included new guest rooms with stone bathrooms, new ADA accessibility, a rare book library, and extensive millwork. MGAC's performance on this expansion project has led the Metropolitan Club to utilize the firm on subsequent upgrades and renovation projects.
