Steve Willmann, Director, has over 30 years of management experience in the execution and oversight of commercial, government, residential, hospitality, retail, and institutional projects. Steve has worked on a variety of developments including historic projects for base buildings, detailed interior fit-outs, and facilities up to 4,100,000 SF and $1B in project cost. He has held key leadership positions; the loyalty of his repeat clientele attests to his success in delivering quality projects within approved budgets and schedules. Steve communicates clearly, regardless of the size of his team or the complexity of the project. He exhibits versatility in roles as Owner Representative, Construction Manager, Design Manager, General Contractor, CQM, and Client Advocate.

Steve received a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
