Mimi TonerAIA

Mimi Toner has over three decades of experience managing and overseeing complex construction projects in the Washington, DC region and internationally. She leads teams that include award-winning architects, interior designers, and contractors; and has represented owners’ interests on a wide range of projects, including luxury-living, museums, performing arts centers and concert halls, higher education facilities, core and shell office buildings, tenant upgrades and refurbishments, and U.S. embassy facilities. Her experience includes procurement and contracting, establishment and management of project budget and schedule, reporting, and quality assurance. She has hands-on knowledge of all phases of project development, including design and pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and project close-out.

Mimi is a registered architect, a member of the AIA Potomac Valley Chapter, and received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
