While expanding its locations in the Caribbean, OfficeMax turned to MGAC to provide project management and owner’s representation expertise in the sometimes challenging Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands construction market. MGAC has managed multiple successful projects in the Caribbean basin for clients including Discovery Channel, various hotel entities, and  the U.S. Government. Local requirements, long material lead times, productivity delays, and obtaining proper permits make work in the Caribbean “unique.” MGAC has met that challenge for multiple clients and is delighted to count OfficeMax among them.
