Chop’t came to MGAC seeking to develop and expand their concept further. They required an experienced hand to guide them through the myriad processes required to successfully roll out an emerging retail restaurant concept in the greater Washington, DC area. MGAC is serving as the owner’s representative for Chop’t  and is vetting prospective store locations, negotiating favorable lease terms, managing the design team, securing permits and approvals, interacting with landlord teams, obtaining qualified general contracting services, coordinating the work of the various owner-furnished equipment with that of all others, and managing the build-out process. MGAC ensures that a quality store space is delivered on time and within budget.
