MGAC provided project management services for this law firm relocation project into Terrell Place, a historic Washington, DC landmark. MGAC assisted with lease negotiations, design team management, contractor procurement, landlord interaction, and coordination of multiple design consultants. The project spanned multiple buildings and included extensive firm-led modifications including additional elevator stops, a relocation of the building atrium during design, a roof terrace, a dining facility, a tiered training center, and a vertical mail conveyor system.

MGAC’s success on this Washington, DC project led Venable to utilize MGAC for its 90,000 SF Northern Virginia office, which featured a multi-story internal stair. MGAC mitigated landlord delay on the Northern Virginia project, yielding a significant cost reduction to the firm.
