MGAC served as this international law firm’s project manager, leading project team efforts for the relocation of this 189,000 SF law firm. The project included extensive structural modifications, a rooftop garden terrace, an open eight-story interconnecting stair, a two-story conference center, and the complete redesign of the base building lobby and public space finishes. The project features extensive integration of commissioned artwork within the project’s architecture.
MGAC provided management of the design team, budget development and coordination, management of the landlord interaction, multiple vendor coordination, FF&E procurement, and move and relocation management. Though constrained by aggressive timelines, the project was completed on time and within budget.
