MGAC provides this government agency with strategic real estate planning, matching organizational growth and contraction with real estate inventory, management of Federal and private sector GSA leases, and client Operations and Maintenance activities in leased facilities, design and construction project management, and financial analysis of real estate alternatives. The scope of MGAC’s engagement includes nearly forty facilities. MGAC is managing the prioritization and implementation of facility hardening for client facilities across the U.S. and U.S. territories and in some overseas locations, including development of budget, schedule and design documentation for this national security program. MGAC has managed this program since its inception, creating a workflow process, project prioritization criteria, and subsequent implementation.
