MGAC provides furniture and equipment management, procurement, and move management services for the headquarters and national offices through its GSA CFMS Schedule. OCC offices are located in all fifty U.S. States, and MGAC administers furniture inventory and procurement across these locations. Rather than issue multiple vendor purchase orders across multiple national offices, OCC procures all of its FF&E through its CFMS Schedule, thus simplifying their procurement, budget and schedule tracking. MGAC coordinates procurements and installations with the construction efforts, ensuring timely delivery of OCC work space.
