MGAC has managed the procurement and installation of the OCC's rigorous FF&E standards at over 65 locations from New York City to Carlsbad, CA and Billings, MT to Atlanta, GA. As a result of MGAC's efforts on the national office renovation program, the firm was retained by the OCC to assist with the restack of their 330,000+ SF headquarters project, providing logistical planning, FF&E procurement, existing furniture reutilization planning and move management services.  The OCC has established "best practices" for space management and procurement, and MGAC is proud to be part of their effort.
