MGAC managed the relocation of the Hilton Worldwide headquarters from Beverly Hills, California to Tysons Corner/McLean, Virginia. MGAC managed the on time, under budget, aggressive 25 week design and construction schedule, which included removal of a post tensioned structural slab for a new monumental stone and glass staircase. Additional features included conference and extensive audio-visual capabilities, executive offices, and specific spaces for all of Hilton's brands. MGAC managed FF&E selection and negotiation/procurement, contracts, and move logistical coordination across both coasts. The move involved three different locations consolidating and commingling to two locations (Virginia and Memphis).
