MGAC managed the doubling of the corporate offices of FBR, a publicly traded investment bank. Work included expansion of their trading floor, research area, and move into multiple floors of their headquarters building. The project included food service, athletic facilities with locker rooms, and an extension of the laminar flow pressurized plenum HVAC in the trading area. Work at FBR's headquarters lead FBR to utilize MGAC for management of the design and construction of their Boston office, and consulting services relating to their London office construction.
