Since 1998, MGAC has provided outsourced project management expertise to Fannie Mae's corporate facilities. Projects have ranged across Fannie Mae's corporate facilities including new construction of over 500,000 SF of office and data floor space, tenant improvements, management of churn, capital improvements to Fannie Mae owned facilities, and specialty projects. Fannie Mae has been a multiple, repeat client since the first project with them.
