MGAC was retained by the Department of Education to turn around a severely delayed and problematic project. The existing project management resources were not educated in mission critical projects. MGAC became the Department of Education's interface with the GSA, the contractor, and the landlord. Major installation errors were corrected, and Department of Education extended our agreement for additional project management services.
