Following a nationwide search, the Owner selected MGAC to provide project management services for a new mission critical data center. MGAC was involved in the selection process of the entire design and construction team. The 24/7 mission critical facility includes approximately 40,000 SF of raised floor/data center space as well as approximately 120,000 SF of MEP support space, IT ancillary space, Command Center space and personnel space necessary to adequately support the facility. The facility was constructed to meet Tier 4 requirements and be a concurrently maintainable facility with no single point of failure. Total project duration was 23 months which included selection of a new site after design had begun.
