  • Interest in project management, facilities management, and entrepreneurialism
  • 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience working in a related field (construction, facilities management, real estate development, architecture/engineering)
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse client and project teams
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), leadership, team-building and problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills necessary to get the job done
  • Able to embrace a challenge
