AGU HQ Team and Catholic University Architecture Students Reimagine Loading Dock with Mini-Charrette

Staying true to the collaborative spirit of their new headquarters project, the American Geophysical Union (AGU) will partner with architecture students from The Catholic University of America (CUA) on Tuesday, February 14th for a special mini-charrette focused on design possibilities for the project’s loading dock area. The 90-minute creative activity will be co-facilitated by leaders from AGU and their multi-disciplinary project team – including representatives from MGAC, Hickok Cole Architects, Interface Engineering, and Skanska – as well as project interns and students from CUA. This event continues AGU’s commitment to public engagement in this historic project, and local businesses and neighbors are encouraged to attend.

WHEN: Tuesday, February 14 from 7-8:30 pm

WHERE: 2000 Florida Avenue, NW, Washington, DC

We hope to see you there. For more information on AGU’s net-zero headquarters renovation, visit the Building AGU website.
